How did you become involved with contributing to Dear Wonderful You: Letters to Adopted & Fostered Youth?
Mei-Mei [Co-Editor of Dear Wonderful You] asked if I would. 

Tell us about a memorable letter you have received. How did the letter impact your life?
I got a letter from one of my brothers (by birth) and it was very beautiful.

When you reflect on who you were as a child—what three words would you use to describe your younger self?
Curiosity, Creativity, Searching

Pen

If you were having a really bad day, what song would you listen to?
Something by Bill Withers

If you were having an amazing day, what song would you listen to?
Something by Whitney Houston

Late night morning and late night

Name a literary character whose “character” you find admirable. Why?
So many…depends.

Describe your perfect dessert.
Key lime pie 

Would you describe yourself as superstitious? Why or why not?
Not in a creepy way— but sort of in a ‘faith’ way.

When you are writing, do you prefer silence or sound? Why?
Depends…sometimes total silence and sometimes sound.

Coffee…preferably iced

What is the first thing you do when you get out of bed in the morning?
Walk my dog

Tell us about your life now. What are you working on? Do you have any projects recently released or in the works?
Writing two books and trying to publish 2 children’s books.  

Working on a book for a British Publisher.  Working on taped interviews for Gazillion Voices.   Trying to get old tape and DVD’s transferred to digital for training purposes.   My old papers have been filed in the Schlessinger Library at Harvard Radcliffe along with BJ Lifton’s and Lee Campbell’s.
